Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Orders will usually ship within 5 business days (Mon - Fri). Occasionally, I will be away from my home at a convention or event. If you requested a custom order, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days to ship out. Times will vary, sometimes items take longer to ship.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! Please note: international orders come with tracking numbers, but if you do not purchase the upgraded tracking, your package will stop tracking when it leaves the US but will continue to move to it's final destination. You can enter your tracking number at https://www.goglobalpost.com/track/ to check if there is an update. Don't worry if it doesn't! It still moves to it's destination.
Q: I need rush shipping, help!
A: If you need an item by a certain date, please choose priority shipping and send me an email to let me know when you need it! I will tell you if the item will make it on time.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: At this time, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your item was damaged or there was a problem with your order, please email me with your order number.
Q: What happens if my package bounces back to you?
A: If a package comes back to me due to wrong address or unclaimed items at customs, you can e-mail to arrange a re-delivery at the cost of shipping to your country. Otherwise, you may ask for a refund minus the shipping cost.
Please note the delays during COVID-19:
• USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
• USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
• USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
International orders are also taking much longer than usual. I recommending upgrading to international tracking. Most packages will be delivered from 6 - 20 weeks. Please check to see if your country is accepting packages. Any packages returned will be refunded minus shipping fees. More information here.
